I have been sunburned - what do I do?

A typical sunburn corresponds to a first-degree skin burn.

Make sure to get into the shade, cool the skin down and remove any clothing. Try applying a cooling cream like Derma After Sun Aloe Vera Gel (96% Aloe Vera) on the
sunburned area.
